You remain liable for any damage or loss up to the insurance excess amount, unless additional coverage is purchased. Any damage resulting from negligence, misuse, or violation of these Terms will be your responsibility, regardless of insurance coverage.
6. Cancellations and Modifications

Be aware that late cancellations or no-shows may incur charges, reflecting the terms agreed upon at the time of rental.
7. Restricted Activities
Prohibited Vehicle Uses
- The vehicle must not be used for any illegal activities. This includes racing, off-roading, or other dangerous maneuvers. Transporting hazardous materials is prohibited. Sub-letting the vehicle or permitting unauthorized drivers is not allowed. Driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol is strictly forbidden. Use must align with the vehicle's intended purpose. Adhere to passenger and weight limits. Driving outside the specified geographical boundaries without authorization is unacceptable.
Breach of these terms may lead to rental cancellation and extra fees.
8. Liability Restrictions

Our total liability for any claims will not exceed the amount paid for your rental in the previous 12 months.
